Why powder, not liquid
Most oily-skin face washes are foaming gels — high water content (so they need preservatives) and aggressive sulphate foam that strips the barrier. Stripped skin overcompensates by pumping out more oil, so you feel oily again by midday.
This is dry powder. You add water the second you use it — clay and soapnut lift oil and grime, while oats and aloe keep it gentle enough that your skin isn’t pushed into rebound oil. Zero preservatives, your-choice texture per wash, no spill-on-flight risk.

How to use
- Take 1 teaspoon powder in your palm or a clean bowl.
- Add a few drops of water — mix into a smooth paste.
- Apply on damp face. Gently massage for 30–60 seconds.
- Rinse with lukewarm water. Pat dry and follow with a light moisturiser.

Will the turmeric stain my skin or towel yellow?
No. We use Kasturi Haldi (wild turmeric) — the non-staining cosmetic variety used in traditional bridal ubtans. It brightens without the yellow stain that regular cooking haldi leaves behind.
How long does a 50g bottle last?
About 45 washes — roughly 4 to 6 weeks of daily use.
Will it dry out my skin?
No. It’s built to lift oil without stripping — oats, aloe and liquorice keep it gentle, so you get a clean, matte finish, not a tight one. Follow with a light moisturiser.
Does it foam? Will it clean properly?
Light foam, not aggressive. Foam isn’t equal to cleaning power — it cleanses through a gentle clay-and-soapnut paste massage and rinse-off.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. Once daily to start; oily skin can go twice daily (morning and night) if it stays comfortable.
Does it help with acne and blackheads?
