7-day, no-questions-asked refund

Every product bought directly from rawalchemy.in is covered by our 7-day, no-questions-asked refund promise.

• Ask for a refund within 7 calendar days after delivery.
• No reason, photograph, or justification is required.
• Opened, tried, sale, discounted, and promotional products are eligible.
• There are no physical returns and no exchanges.

How to request it

Email hello@rawalchemy.in, call +91 73106 42225, or WhatsApp +91 73106 42225. Share the order number and the phone number or email used for the order so we can locate it.

Refund method and timing

Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request the UPI ID or bank details needed to send the refund.

Raw Alchemy processes approved refunds within 3 calendar days. A bank or payment provider can take longer to post the credit.

Wrong, damaged, missing, or undelivered orders

Contact us to request a full refund. No photograph is required.

Cancellations

If an order has not been dispatched, contact us to cancel it for a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, the 7-day refund window begins when it is delivered.

This promise is in addition to, and does not reduce, any rights available under applicable Indian consumer law. We may decline only demonstrably fraudulent or duplicate claims.
