Refund policy

7-day, no-questions-asked refund

Every product bought directly from rawalchemy.in is covered by our 7-day, no-questions-asked refund promise.

• Ask for a refund within 7 calendar days after the order is marked delivered.
• You do not need to give a reason, send photographs, or justify your request.
• Opened, tried, sale, discounted, and promotional products are eligible.
• You may request a refund for one product or for the complete order.

How to request it

Email hello@rawalchemy.in or call/WhatsApp +91 99538 07283. Share only the order number and the phone number or email used for the order so we can locate it. No explanation is required.

Refund method and timing

Prepaid-order refunds are sent to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will ask for the UPI ID or bank details needed to send the refund. Raw Alchemy will initiate an approved refund promptly; banks and payment providers may take additional time to show the credit.

Returns

A return is normally not required. If we need the product back, Raw Alchemy will arrange and pay for the pickup. Your refund promise does not depend on the product being unopened or resalable.

Wrong, damaged, missing, or undelivered orders

Contact us and choose a replacement or a full refund. We may optionally ask for a photograph to help us improve packing or pursue a courier claim, but a photograph is not a condition of the refund.

Cancellations

If an order has not been dispatched, contact us to cancel it for a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, the 7-day refund window begins when it is delivered.

This promise is in addition to, and does not reduce, any rights available under applicable Indian consumer law. We may decline only demonstrably fraudulent or duplicate claims.
