Free shipping across India

Raw Alchemy provides free standard shipping on every order delivered within India. There is no minimum order value and no hidden shipping or handling charge.

Where we deliver

We currently accept deliveries within India only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days for most urban locations and 5–10 business days for other serviceable locations. Sundays, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruption, and remote-area service can extend these estimates.

Tracking details are shared after dispatch when the courier makes them available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact hello@rawalchemy.in or +91 99538 07283 as soon as possible if the address is wrong. We can change it only before the parcel is handed to the courier.

If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, damaged, or returned to sender, contact us. You may choose a replacement or refund where applicable under our 7-day refund policy.
