These Terms of Service govern use of rawalchemy.in and purchases made from Raw Alchemy. The store is operated by Niti Lok under the Raw Alchemy name. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked store policies.

Store use

You must provide accurate order and contact information and use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or misuse its content.

Products and personal use

Products are sold for personal use unless Raw Alchemy agrees otherwise in writing. Follow the label and storage instructions, review the ingredient list, and patch test before regular use if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Stop use and seek qualified medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction. Product information is general information and is not medical advice.

Prices, payments, and orders

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. The amount confirmed at checkout is the amount charged for the order. Standard shipping within India is free. Payments are processed by the payment methods offered at checkout.

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, delivery details are invalid, or the order appears fraudulent. We will contact you using the details provided with the order.

Shipping

We currently deliver within India only. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, including current dispatch and delivery estimates.

Refunds and cancellations

Products bought on rawalchemy.in have a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. Opened, tried, discounted, and promotional products are eligible. Details are in our Refund Policy. Orders not yet dispatched may be cancelled for a full refund.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information accurate. Minor colour or packaging differences may occur because of screens, batches, and packaging updates. If a material error affects an order, contact us and use the refund rights above.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Raw Alchemy name, site design, photographs, graphics, copy, and other original site content belong to Raw Alchemy or its licensors. They may not be reproduced or commercially reused without written permission except where applicable law allows it.

Third-party services and links

The store can use third-party services for hosting, payment, analytics, messaging, and delivery. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. External links are provided for convenience and do not mean that Raw Alchemy controls the external site.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable Indian consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, Raw Alchemy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and consumer forums in India; this does not restrict any forum or remedy available to a consumer under applicable law.

We may update these terms by publishing the revised version here. Changes apply from publication and do not remove rights already attached to an existing order.
