Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Shipping

Free standard shipping on every India order. There is no minimum order value and no hidden shipping or handling charge. We currently deliver within India only.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is 2–5 business days for most urban locations and 5–10 business days for other serviceable locations, corresponding to an estimated 3–12 business days from order to delivery. Courier disruptions, holidays, severe weather, and remote locations can extend these estimates.

Cash on Delivery is available with no surcharge (INR 0).

7-day, no-questions-asked refunds

Every product bought from rawalchemy.in can be refunded when you contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. No reason, photograph, or justification is required. Opened, tried, sale, discounted, and promotional products are eligible.

There are no physical returns and no exchanges. Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request the UPI ID or bank details needed to send the refund.

Raw Alchemy processes approved refunds within 3 calendar days. A bank or payment provider can take longer to post the credit.

Wrong, damaged, missing, or undelivered orders

Contact us to request a full refund. No photograph is required.

Cancellations

Orders that have not been dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund. After dispatch, the 7-day refund window begins when the parcel is delivered.
