Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Shipping

Free standard shipping on every India order. There is no minimum order value and no hidden shipping or handling charge. We currently deliver within India only.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is 2–5 business days for most urban locations and 5–10 business days for other serviceable locations. Courier disruptions, holidays, severe weather, and remote locations can extend these estimates.

7-day, no-questions-asked refunds

Every product bought from rawalchemy.in can be refunded when you contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. No reason, photograph, or justification is required. Opened, tried, sale, discounted, and promotional products are eligible.

Email hello@rawalchemy.in or call/WhatsApp +91 99538 07283 with your order number and order contact details. Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request the UPI ID or bank details needed to send the refund.

A return is normally not required. If Raw Alchemy needs the product back, we will arrange and pay for pickup.

Wrong, damaged, missing, or undelivered orders

Contact us and choose a replacement or a full refund. A photograph may help us improve packing or pursue a courier claim, but it is optional and is not a condition of your refund.

Cancellations

Orders that have not been dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund. After dispatch, the 7-day refund window begins when the parcel is delivered.
