Castor, Coconut, Sesame or Neem Oil: Choose by Routine
Share
Short answer: choose a hair or scalp oil by its exact ingredient, labelled use and application method—not by a promise of faster growth or a cure. For the current Raw Alchemy range, castor, coconut and neem have hair-use directions; the sesame product is positioned for face and body massage.
Choose by the routine you will actually follow
- For a thick oil: castor is explicitly described as viscous. Use a small amount and follow the label if blending for easier application.
- For hair lengths plus face or body use: coconut has the broadest labelled areas in this comparison.
- For a concentrated oil: neem requires label-led dilution before topical use.
- For massage: sesame’s current page positions it for face and body massage, so do not infer a hair claim from the ingredient name alone.
The honest promise
These are cosmetic oils, not medicine. Raw Alchemy does not promise hair growth, dandruff treatment or a fixed-results timeline. The floor is honest everyday care: recognisable ingredients, clear directions and a routine you can use consistently.
Simple use and care
Introduce one oil at a time, patch test before regular use, keep it away from the eyes and stop if irritation occurs. Follow each linked product page and current label for dilution, rinse and storage instructions.
